Not only do the results speak for themselves, but as a result of all these competitions no fewer than fourteen New Schools records were established. Personal performances have improved, as indeed has the all-round standard. The future appears to be very bright and with the excellent facilities available to us at Bannister, I hope it will not be long before we again have representation at the All England Schools Athletics Championship.

Before concluding - a word of thanks to Staff and boys who helped to run the matches at Bannister. Without this help, none of our home fixtures would have been possible.
Louis Preston.
