1965/6 A tall Australian who taught English and was interested in poetry. Made us all write poetry about our local neighbourhood. I was no good at that sort of thing and resorted to a crappy rhyme. He then proceeded to take the mickey out of this in front of the whole class. Pretentious Antipodean! |
